Ingredients
-
350 g Pork Belly
-
2 tbsp Tung Choy / Preserved Cabbage
-
4 pcs Cili padi
-
A pinch Salt
Directions
Extremely easy dish to make for lazy days or for students living in a dorm with not many tools.
This is a comfort food for me. Reminds me of home and mummy’s cooking.

Prepare ingredientsCut pork into 5mm cubes. Then with back of chopper, mince it a bit more for around 2 mins. Another way is to just buy minced pork from butcher. This is faster and easier but I prefer to have some bite. Just the way my mummy makes them. Next, rinse tung choy to get rid of any dirt and excess salt. Roughly minced. Add to minced pork. Slice cili padi into rings. Add to minced pork. Add salt to pork. Stir around mixture with chopstick. |
