Pan-Fry PorkIn a pan over medium heat, add some oil. When hot, add onion slices. Stir for 10 secs. Add pork slices and season with salt and pepper. Mix till pork cooked through. Add seasoning sauce. Stir well and cook till sauce reduced and thicken to coat the pork. Bring pan away from the stove. |

Prepare rice bowl.In bowl, add some rice for one person. Top with one layer shredded cabbage and some mayonaise. Add the cooked ginger pork slices. Finish off with onsen egg and some spring onions. Serve. |
