8 large Prawn
2 cloves Garlic; minced
2 slices Ginger; julienned
2 pcs Red Chili; slice thinly
Sauce
3/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Precook Prawns

Season prawns with salt. Pan fry until prawns are lightly cooked. Set prawns aside.

Prepare Sauce

Saute garlic, ginger and red chile in a wok till fragrant. Add in all sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil.

Mix well and Serve

Add in prawn and do a quick stir around to coat them nicely till prawn are cooked well.

Serve hot with rice.
