Precook PrawnsSeason prawns with salt. Pan fry until prawns are lightly cooked. Set prawns aside. |

Prepare SauceSaute garlic, ginger and red chile in a wok till fragrant. Add in all sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil. |

Mix well and ServeAdd in prawn and do a quick stir around to coat them nicely till prawn are cooked well. Serve hot with rice. |
