Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
300 g Prawn meat;
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp. Corn Flour
18 - 20 pcs Tofu Skin; 4 x 3 inch
Cornstarch Water (mix)
1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Water
Condiment
Mayonaise
Cili Sauce

Prepare Filling

In a bowl, marinate prawn with other seasonings except tofu skin and cornstarch water.

Fill and Roll Tofu Skin

Place some filling in the centre of the tofu skin. Apply some cornflour water around the edge of the skin. Fold one side of the skin over the meat and roll to meet the end.

Use fingers to lightly press on the roll to flatten it. Repeat till all tofu skin and fillings finish.

Deep Fry and Serve

In a wok, over low fire, heat up oil for deep frying. Deep fry the rolls till golden brown.

Drain and serve with mayonaise or chili sauce.
