18 - 20 pcs Tofu Skin; 4 x 3 inch

Cornstarch Water (mix)

1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Prepare FillingIn a bowl, marinate prawn with other seasonings except tofu skin and cornstarch water. |

Fill and Roll Tofu SkinPlace some filling in the centre of the tofu skin. Apply some cornflour water around the edge of the skin. Fold one side of the skin over the meat and roll to meet the end. Use fingers to lightly press on the roll to flatten it. Repeat till all tofu skin and fillings finish. |

Deep Fry and ServeIn a wok, over low fire, heat up oil for deep frying. Deep fry the rolls till golden brown. Drain and serve with mayonaise or chili sauce. |
