Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250 g Barramundi Fillet
3 cloves Garlic; chopped
3 Tbsp. Lime juice
5 pcs Cili Padi; chopped
1/4 cup Chicken Stock or water
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 stalk Coriander; finely chopped

    Steam Fish

    Arrange fish on a plate. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes or till fully cook.

    Mixing Sauce

    While fish is steaming, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.

    Plate and Serve

    When fish is fully cook, take it off the steamer. Pour seasoning mixture over fish.

    Serve hot immediately.
