4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. Sake
4 Tbsp. Mirin
2 Tbsp. Sugar
In a small saucepan, add soy sauce, sake and mirin. Bring it to a boil to evaporate all alcohol content and stir to make sure sugar melts completely.
The sauce is ready now.
To make a thicker sauce for coating or dipping, cook it longer to reduce sauce to desired consistency.
Serve or store in a jar for future usage.
