2 Pork Shoulder; tenderized
1/8 Tsp. Five Spice Powder
1/8 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Sugar
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
1 Tbsp Tapioca starch
Pinch of Black Pepper

Marinate Pork Chop

In a bowl, add pork chops and all the seasonings. Mix well. Set aside for 1 hr.

Fry Pork Chop

In a frying pan, heat up some oil over medium heat. Pan fry pork chop for 4 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with rice and some side of vegetables.
