50 g Winged Beans; slices at an angle

50 g Brinjal; cut to 2 inches

50 g Long Beans; cut to 2 inches

50 g Okra; cut half

50 g Dried Shrimp Sambal

2 cloves Garlic; minced

1 Red Onion; julienned

1 Red Chili; sliced

2/5 cup Oil

Heat up oil in the wok. When it hot, turn off stove. Add in vegetables. Stir for a minute. Remove and strain. Using the same oil about 2 tbsp in the wok, saute garlic,onion and cili till fragrant. Add dried shrimp sambal and water. Continue to saute the paste till fragrant. Add in vegetables and seasoning. Toss them around quickly. Serve hot with a bowl of rice. Enjoy! p/s: Add in stinky beans to make it the fourth heavenly king. I swapped it with winged beans because no one likes it. |
