In a wok, heat up oil and stir-fry ginger and white part of spring onion until fragrant. Add pork belly fry until cooked. Put in onion and stir to mix. Add seasoning sauce and give it a few stir to mix well. Throw in green part of spring onion and stir a bit more. Serve with rice. |
