200 g Pork Belly; thin slices
3 stalks Spring Onion; cut to3 inch
5 slices Ginger
1/4 pc Red Onion; chunks
Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

    In a wok, heat up oil and stir-fry ginger and white part of spring onion until fragrant.

    Add pork belly fry until cooked. Put in onion and stir to mix.

    Add seasoning sauce and give it a few stir to mix well.

    Throw in green part of spring onion and stir a bit more.

    Serve with rice.
