Prepare Spice MixtureAdd seedless dried chilies, red onion, garlic and ginger into the blender. Blend till fine paste. |

Prepare ChickenRub chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Deep fry till it is 2/3 cooked through. Drain and set aside. |

Make Gravy and ServeIn a wok, add 1/2 cup oil and blended spice. Stir-fry till oil separates. Add tomato puree and stir to mix. Next put in pre-fried chicken. Stir to coat well chicken with the gravy. Let the gravy cook till thicken up. Season with salt and ketchup to taste. Lastly, add sliced onion and let it cook till soften and chicken pieces fully cooked. Dish up and serve. |
