Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 pcs Chicken Thigh or any other parts
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder
1 large Red Onion; sliced
300g Tomato Puree
Ketchup to taste
Salt to taste
Blended Spice
12 pcs Dried Red Chili;soaked to soften
1 Red Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 thumb size Ginger

    Prepare Spice Mixture

    Add seedless dried chilies, red onion, garlic and ginger into the blender. Blend till fine paste.

    Prepare Chicken

    Rub chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Deep fry till it is 2/3 cooked through. Drain and set aside.

    Make Gravy and Serve

    In a wok, add 1/2 cup oil and blended spice. Stir-fry till oil separates.

    Add tomato puree and stir to mix. Next put in pre-fried chicken. Stir to coat well chicken with the gravy. Let the gravy cook till thicken up. Season with salt and ketchup to taste.

    Lastly, add sliced onion and let it cook till soften and chicken pieces fully cooked.

    Dish up and serve.
