1/2 Tsp. Sugar
Pinch of pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter or Oil

Make egg batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk egg white till soft peaks. Add in yolks and seasonings. Whisk to mix. Do not over do as it will make all air bubbles escape.

Pan Fry Omelette and Serve

In a frying pan over medium heat, add butter. When butter melts, add in all egg batter and even out. Cover to let it cook for 1 min.

When it the bottom of the omelette appear crisp and a little brown, it is ready.

Transfer omelette to a plate. Tilt the pan to let egg slide halfway out the pan onto the plate. Then with a spatula fold the other half on top.
