6 cloves Garlic; sliced

150 g Butter

Handful Parsley; chopped

1/2 pc Lemon; juiced

50 g Parmesan Cheese

In a boiling pot of salted water, add pasta to cook. Drain pasta when it is al dente. Reserve one cup pasta water. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic till fragrant. Add in prawn. Once bottom is cooked, turn to cook the other side. Avoid over cooking. Add lemon juice and stir. Add in the spaghettini and parsley. Stir to combine well. Serve immediately with shavings of parmesan cheese. |
