100 g Minced pork
6 pcs Pork Balls
70 g Rice Vermicelli; soak
150 g Yellow Noodles
Choy Sum; cleaned and cut
Anchovy Broth
1 Egg (Optional)

    Marinate Pork

    Marinate pork slices with pinch of salt and sugar, dash of pepper, 1/3 tsp cornstarch and 1/3 tsp sesame oil.

    Marinate minced pork with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar, dash of pepper, 1/3 tbsp cornstarch and ½ tbsp sesame oil.

    Prepare Zhu Yoke Fun

    In a saucepan bring 2 cups of broth over high heat. Add in 4 pork balls. Bring it to a boil.

    Using a spoon, spoon some minced pork into the broth. Add pork slices. Let it boil.

    Add in a single portion of noodles plus vermicelli and leafy greens. Bring to a boil.

    Plate and Serve

    Pour everything into a serving bowl. Top with some garlic oil, crispy shallots and crispy pork fats.

    Serve hot! Enjoy.
