2 head Romaine Lettuces; remove core and seperate leaves
6 cloves Garlic; smashed
3 Cili Padi; chopped
2 cubes Fermented Tofu; mashed

    In a wok over medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon oil.

    When smoking hot, add cili padi and garlic. Fry till fragrant.

    Add lettuce and mashed fermented. Stir to combine and lettuce wilt. Add some water if prefer to have a bit sauce.

    Serve.
