Prepare LettuceTear lettuce to separate leaves. Wash and drain the lettuce. Shake them to remove as much water as you can. Chop lettuce to bite size pieces. Set aside. |

Make DressingIn a large bowl combine garlic, spring onions, brown onion, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Mix well until sugar dissolve. |

Plating and ServeAdd the lettuce to the mixture and combine well. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Serve immediately. |
