1/2 Cup Kimchi; chopped
2 Tbsp. Kimchi Juice
1/8 Onion; chopped
1/2 stalk Scallion; cut to 2 inch lengths
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1/8 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Oil

Prepare Batter

In a mixing bowl, put all ingredients and mix well.

Pan-fry Pancake

In a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add oil. Transfer all the batter into the pan. Spread batter thinly with a spoon.

Flip the pancake when bottom is crispy and brown.

It is ready to transfer to a plate when both sides are evenly brown and crispy. It takes about 1 minute of cooking on each side.
