Prepare BatterIn a mixing bowl, put all ingredients and mix well. |

Pan-fry PancakeIn a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add oil. Transfer all the batter into the pan. Spread batter thinly with a spoon. Flip the pancake when bottom is crispy and brown. It is ready to transfer to a plate when both sides are evenly brown and crispy. It takes about 1 minute of cooking on each side. |
