Make Sambal PastePlace all ingredients into a blender. Process till form a fine paste. Add a bit water if it is too dry to blend properly. |

Stir-fry Kangkung BelacanIn a wok over high heat, place blended spice and fry till dry. Add some oil to fry further and smell fragrant. Add in kangkung. Stir to coat and kangkung cooked through. Dish up and serve. |
