Sambal Paste
3 Red Chili
3 Cili Padi
2 cloves Garlic
2 bulb Shallots
1 Tbsp. Belacan Powder; toasted
3 Tbsp. Dried Shrimp

Stir-fry Water Spinach with Sambal Belacan.

Make Sambal Paste

Place all ingredients into a blender. Process till form a fine paste. Add a bit water if it is too dry to blend properly.

Stir-fry Kangkung Belacan

In a wok over high heat, place blended spice and fry till dry. Add some oil to fry further and smell fragrant.

Add in kangkung. Stir to coat and kangkung cooked through.

Dish up and serve.
