Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 rolls Egg Tofu; cut to 5 pcs each
3 Shiitake Mushroom; soak and dice
1 stalk Spring onion; seperate white and green
1/2 Tsp. Garlic; minced
50 g Pork; minced
1 Egg; beaten lightly
Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Thickening (mix all)
1/2 Tbsp. Potato Starch
1 Tbsp. Water

    Deep Fry Tofu

    In a wok, deep fry tofu pieces over medium high heat till golden brown. Drain and set aside.

    Make Sauce

    In the same wok, heat up bout 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic and chopped white part of spring onion. Fry till fragrant.

    Add in mushroom and minced pork. When pork is no longer pink, add seasoning and thickening mix. Stir well. Turn off the heat.

    Plate and Serve

    Heat up a hot plate. Brush with oil using a paper towel. When the plate is very hot, add in egg. Pour the tofu and meat mixture on top and chopped spring onions.

    Served hot with rice.
