    Prepare Soybeans

    In a bowl, soak soy beans overnight.

    Next day, drain and rinse removing as much soybean skin as possible.

    Place 1/3 soybeans and water into a blender. Blend till smooth. Pour mixture into a pot. Repeat till all soybeans blended.

    Cook Soybean Milk

    Bring the pot of blended soy milk over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 30 mins. Stir frequently.

    Strain the soy milk through a cheese cloth or a new cloth coffee strainer. Add sugar according to desired sweetness.

    Serve warm or chilled.
