Cook RadishIn a pot of boiling water, cook julienned radish till soft. Drain and set aside. |

Mix BatterIn a big bowl, add rice flour, tapioca starch, water and all seasoning. Mix well till form watery batter. |

Frying mixtureIn a frying pan over medium heat, add oil. Add minced dried prawn. Fry till fragrant. Add radish and fry another minute. Bring pan off the fire. Add seasoned batter. Mix well. Bring pan over medium heat again. Cook down batter till it is no longer watery. Batter is ready now. |

Steaming radish cakePlace batter in a rectangle cake mould or any shape you like. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes. |

Deep-fried Radish CakeCut radish cake into 1cm thick slices. Coat in some rice flour. Heat up oil in a wok till 180C. Deep fry radish cake pieces till golden brown and crispy. Serve. |
