1/2 Tsp. Fish Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
Oil for deep-frying
In a bowl, whisk eggs and seasonings with a fork till bubbly.
In a wok, heat up oil over medium high heat.
When oil is very hot, pour in the eggs. Turn over the egg when bottom is browned and crispy. Cook for 10 seconds.
Serve immediately with rice. Some chili sauce will be nice.
