3 pcs Chicken Thigh; bite size
2 Tbsp. Sake
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic; grated
1 Tsp. Ginger; grated
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
Oil for deep frying

Marinade

In a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, salt, garlic and ginger with chicken. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Coating

Mix flour, corn starch and some salt and pepper in another bowl. Coat marinated chicken pieces in flour mixture.

Deep Fry

Heat oil at medium high heat (175C). Make sure to have enough oil in the pot to cover the chicken pieces. Deep fry for 5-8 minutes depending on the size of meat.

Serve

Serve as a single dish or on a bowl of rice with hot spring egg.
