MarinadeIn a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, salt, garlic and ginger with chicken. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. |

CoatingMix flour, corn starch and some salt and pepper in another bowl. Coat marinated chicken pieces in flour mixture. |

Deep FryHeat oil at medium high heat (175C). Make sure to have enough oil in the pot to cover the chicken pieces. Deep fry for 5-8 minutes depending on the size of meat. |
