Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250 g Pork; minced
220 g Tomato Paste
90 ml Water
340 g Tomato Puree
3 cloves Garlic; minced
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. dried Oregano
Pinch of Onion Powder
Handful Fresh Basil; chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

    In a sauce pan, heat up some oil and saute minced garlic till fragrant.

    Add in minced pork. Cook for 4 mins till browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add in tomato paste, puree, sugar, oregano, onion powder and fresh basil to the meat. Mix well. Add in water and stir.

    Let sauce simmer without cover for 30 mins before serving over pasta. If time allows, simmer the sauce for 2 hrs or more for a yummier sauce.
