Adjust Servings:
500 ml Water or Fresh Milk
60 g Caster Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
3 Tsp. Agar-agar Powder - Plain
2 Pandan Leaves; knotted
Few drops of food coloring (optional)

    Make Liquid Jelly

    Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Boil over low heat till agar agar powder dissolve completely. Keep tiring while cooking to prevent from sinking bottom. Remove from heat.

    Remove pandas leave. Add food colouring. Add one drop at a time and adjust to liking.

    Mould and Serve

    Pour liquid into a container or a bowl. Leave it to cool before keeping it in the refrigerator.

    Leave it for a few hours in the fridge before serving.
