Prepare Cheese BaseIn bowl, add egg, egg yolks, parmesan cheese and pinch of crushed black pepper. |

Cook PastaCook pasta according to packaging till al dente. Meanwhile, in a frying pan cook bacon till crispy. Put in cooked pasta into the pan. Toss around to mix. Take it off the heat. Pour cheese mixture on to the pasta. Quickly stir to mix well. Taste for seasoning and serve. |
