8 cloves Garlic; minced
180 g Smoked Bacon
4 Cili Padi; chopped
2 portion Spaghetti
Handful Parsley; chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instruction. Drain 2 minutes before it is al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water.

When pasta is boiling, cook bacon in a frying pan till crispy. Set aside.

With the leftover bacon oil in pan about 3 tbsp (add olive oil to make to the amount), add in garlic and cili padi. Fry till fragrant.

Now add in the drained pasta into the frying pan and stir well. If they are too dry, add some reserved pasta water. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.

Lastly add in crispy bacon and give it a few stir. If you have parsley, you may add in together with the bacon.

Serve immediately.
