Marinate ChickenMarinate chicken with all ingredients. Cover and let it marinate for 1.5 hrs in the refrigerator. Then 30 mins on the counter to bring to room temperature. |

Deep Fry ChickenHeat oil enough to cover chicken pieces in a wok over medium low heat. Add all chicken, piece by piece. When they turn golden brown, take it out with a strainer. After 1 minute, deep fry again over high heat for about 2 mins. Serve with white rice, nasi lemak, or even stir fried mihun. Enjoy! |
