1/2 Tsp. Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp. Fennel Powder
1/2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Meat Curry Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Cornflour
1 Tsp. Salt
Blended Spice
2 cloves Garlic
3 Shallots
1/4 inch Galangal
1/4 inch Ginger
1 stalk Lemongrass
1 1/2 Tbsp. Water

Marinate Chicken

Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Cover and let it marinate for 1.5 hrs in the refrigerator. Then 30 mins on the counter to bring to room temperature.

Deep Fry Chicken

Heat oil enough to cover chicken pieces in a wok over medium low heat. Add all chicken, piece by piece.

When they turn golden brown, take it out with a strainer. After 1 minute, deep fry again over high heat for about 2 mins.

Serve with white rice, nasi lemak, or even stir fried mihun. Enjoy!
